Introduction to galvanized iron wire
The galvanized iron wire is a wire produced by drawing, heating, drawing, and finally zinc coating on the surface of the hot-dip process by the wire rod (usually 1006, TS06, Zhongyang Q195, Jiujiang Q195, etc.).
The amount of zinc applied is generally controlled in the range of 30 g/m^2 to 290 g/m^2 depending on the requirements of the use environment. Since the products produced by the hot-dip galvanizing process have a long-lasting anti-corrosion period and a wide use environment, the hot-dip galvanized iron wire
is widely used in various fields such as heavy industry, light industry, agriculture, etc. in the form of net, rope and wire.
In order to solve the problem of domestic hot-dip Galvanized iron wire supply, our company has been carrying forward the past and established Tianjin Huayuan Wire Co., Ltd. with the times. After 20 years of hard work, it has become the leading enterprise in the domestic galvanized iron wire industry.
Galvanizing, also known as hot dip galvanizing and hot dip galvanizing: is an effective metal corrosion protection method used primarily in metal structures in various industries.
The rust-removed steel is immersed in a zinc solution melted at about 500 ° C to adhere the zinc layer to the surface of the steel member, thereby preventing corrosion. Hot-dip galvanizing process: finished pickling-washing-assisting plating-drying-hanging-cooling-pharmaceutical-cleaning-grinding-hot galvanizing is completed.
The surface of the coating of a good galvanized wire product is continuous and practical and smooth. The installation of the plated parts is not sag, dripping or slag is present, and the surface of the plated part should be free of defects such as leakage plating and iron.
Note (allowing for defects): The area of the plating area is less than 0.5 mm in diameter; regardless of the size of the plated part, the spot area of the plating area is 0.5-1 mm in diameter, not more than 3 points per square centimeter, and is plated. The total number of spots of the piece does not exceed 10 points;
In the unjoined or non-joined area, the sag or slag of not more than 1.5 mm in height; the contact of the plated parts with the hanger and the operating tool is scarred, but no iron is exposed.
When the thickness of a good galvanized wire or plated part is 3-4 mm, the amount of zinc adhered should be less than 460 g/m, that is, the average thickness of the zinc layer is not less than 65 μm; when the thickness of the plated part is greater than 4 mm, the amount of zinc adhered It should be no less than 610 g/m, that is, the average thickness of the zinc layer is not less than 86 μm; the plating of the standard galvanized wire must be uniform, and the galvanized layer is substantially uniformly etched five times without iron by the copper sulfate solution.
For the adhesion requirements of the standard galvanized wire coating, the zinc layer of the plated part should be firmly bonded to the base metal and have sufficient adhesion strength, and does not fall off after the hammering test, and does not bulge.
