Good galvanized iron wire
Electroplated galvanized wire is also known as modified wire, cold plated galvanized iron wire
. It is an electrogalvanized wire made of low carbon steel as a core wire and processed by wire drawing and electrogalvanizing.
The surface of the coating of a good galvanized wire product is continuous and practical and smooth. The installation of the plated parts is not sag, dripping or slag is present, and the surface of the plated part should be free of defects such as leakage plating and iron. Note (allowing for defects): The area of the plating area is less than 0.5 mm in diameter; regardless of the size of the plated part, the spot area of the plating area is 0.5-1 mm in diameter, not more than 3 points per square centimeter, and is plated. The total number of spots of the piece does not exceed 10 points; at the unjoined or non-joined, the sag or slag of height not exceeding 1.5 mm;
The contact between the plated parts and the hanger and the operating tool is scarred, but it is not exposed to iron. When the thickness of a good galvanized wire or plated part is 3-4 mm, the amount of zinc adhered should be less than 460 g/m, that is, the average thickness of the zinc layer is not less than 65 μm;
When the thickness of the plated part is more than 4 mm, the amount of zinc adhered should not be less than 610 g/m, that is, the average thickness of the zinc layer is not less than 86 μm; the plating of the standard galvanized wire must be uniform, and the galvanized layer is substantially uniform with copper sulfate. The solution test etched five times without iron.
For the adhesion requirements of the standard galvanized wire coating, the zinc layer of the plated part should be firmly bonded to the base metal and have sufficient adhesion strength, and does not fall off after the hammering test, and does not bulge.
